Our Kenosha, WI corporate office is searching for a highly motivated Flight Operations Scheduler to join our team! He or she must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented. Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules
- Responsible for coordination of all aspects of aircraft owner flights
- Responsible for all aspects of Charter Sales and Flight Following
- Receive and provide timely and accurate quotes for charter requests by retail clients and/or other operators and brokers
- Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our clients during the initial quoting phase (weather, runway capacity, aircraft performance, airport hours, crew duty)
- Communicate effectively with other department to ensure seamless trip execution (Maintenance, Operations)
- Proactively seek charter opportunities for a diverse fleet of aircraft instead of passively waiting for inquiries
- Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations
- Prepare and send contracts for client acceptance and execute vendor contracts
- Ensure client payment is received and vendor payment is sent in a timely manner in accordance with terms for both
- Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2-5 years of applicable work experience
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced setting
